With a strong focus on India’s rich tradition in culinary art, Nirlep wanted to recreate the magic of slow cooking with clay pots – a forgotten art – without sacrificing convenience which is an integral part of the modern lifestyle. It also meant having a unique product to offer to domestic as well as international markets.The basic idea was to combine a non-stick coating with the traditional earthenware pot (handi).
