Gay Haskins
Haskins is Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School.
She has worked for over 30 years in the field of management development, particularly
with international clients and programs and as a program director and coach. Prior
to this, she was Dean of Executive Education and CEO of Oxford Saïd Business School
Ltd. During her tenure, executive education grew significantly, through custom and
open enrolment programs, a range of new diplomas and innovative new programs for
clients in China, the Middle East, India and Malaysia.

Lynda Gratton
Gratton is Professor of Management Practice at the London Business School. With
almost 30 years of experience in consulting, teaching, research and writing, she
is an authority on people in organizations. She has written seven books, numerous
academic articles and won several awards for her research and writing. She is also
the founder of The Hot Spots Movement, a global research and consulting company
that bridges academia and management practice.

Rajesh Jain
Jain holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and is the founder and Managing
Director of Netcore Solutions in Mumbai. This 14-year-old enterprise provides digital
communications solutions enabling its clients to communicate effectively their marketing
and business needs. The company has also pioneered innovative technology-based solutions
in the mailing and mobility domains.

Rishikesha T Krishnan
Krishnan is Professor of Corporate Strategy and Policy at IIM Bangalore. A Stanford
and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Krishnan’s areas of expertise and research spanning over
20 years include strategy and innovation, strategy implementation, national innovation
systems and competitiveness spanning. He is a consultant, award-winning academician
and author, and holds various professional as well as corporate and public-sector
leadership positions.

NS Raghavan
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Raghavan is one of the founders and former Joint Managing
Director of Infosys. With over 25 years of management and business experience, he
is now the Chairman of Nadathur Estates Pvt Ltd; Director of Nadathur Fareast Pvt.
Ltd, Singapore; Independent Director at ABB Ltd; Founder Trustee of FAME India (a
special school for children and young adults with neuromuscular and intellectual
development disabilities); and Chairman of the Advisory Council of Nadathur S Raghavan
Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore.

Ambi MG Parameswaran
An IIT Chennai and IIM Calcutta alumnus, Parameswaran is Executive Director and
CEO at Draftfcb + Ulka Advertising, Mumbai. Over the past 20 years, he has been
associated with some of the biggest brands in the world and handled various assignments
related to marketing, sales and advertising. He has also authored books based on
branding and advertising. Currently, Parameswaran serves on the Board of Governors
of IIM Calcutta.
